AdwaCare+ guides African patients and families to trusted international healthcare. We match patients with appropriate hospitals and specialists, coordinate travel and logistics, and advocate for your interests throughout the journey—before, during, and after treatment.

Do you work with any hospital?

No. We work only with hospitals and specialists we trust. Our partnerships are based on quality, ethics, and consistency. We do not refer to facilities we would not recommend to our own families.

Will you recommend treatment I don't need?

No. If a treatment is not necessary, we will say so. Our recommendations are based solely on medical need and patient welfare. We have no incentive to recommend unnecessary care.

How much does your service cost?

We believe in transparent pricing. Costs depend on the services you need—medical coordination, visa assistance, travel support, etc. We explain all fees before you commit. There are no hidden charges.

How do I get started?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with a brief summary of the patient's condition. We will guide you on the next steps and what information we need to assess your situation.

Do you help with visas and travel?

Yes. We assist with medical visa applications, airport pickup, accommodation, and coordination for patient companions. We manage the logistics so families can focus on care.

What happens after treatment?

We support continuity of care. This includes coordinating medical reports, liaising with local physicians, and helping with any follow-up care. Our support does not stop when treatment ends.

Do you serve patients outside Ethiopia?

Yes. While Ethiopia is our primary hub, we serve patients across Africa and support diaspora families coordinating care from a distance.

How does the referral process work?

1. Patient inquiry comes to us; we assess medical needs and circumstances. 2. We identify suitable hospitals based on the condition and patient preferences. 3. We coordinate medical records and share a clear case summary with you. 4. We support visa, travel, and admission. 5. We remain in contact throughout treatment and post-discharge.

What documentation do you provide?

We provide case summaries, medical records (as available), patient/family contact details, and any special requirements. We ensure your team has what they need before the patient arrives.

How are you compensated?

We operate on a combination of transparent service fees and hospital referral arrangements. We do not mark up medical costs. Our fees are disclosed to patients and partners.

What if a patient is not suitable for our facility?

We expect honest feedback. If a patient is not a fit—clinically, financially, or otherwise—we work with you to find alternatives. We prefer clarity over forced referrals.

Our Commitment: AdwaCare+ operates with transparency, integrity, and patient-first ethics. If something does not protect the patient, we do not do it.
